Over 2,200 Doctors Agree: John McCain Should Release His Medical Records
"Since we launched John McCain's Health Records Must Be Released last Sunday, it's been viewed by nearly 300,000 people. Perhaps even remarkably, 47,000 people -- including over 2,200 medical doctors -- signed the open letter urging McCain to provide a full disclosure of his medical records."
What does he have to hide???

This is incredible!
They won't release tax records, won't answer subpoenas, won't release medical records, and they won't comply with FOIA requirements.
People need to demand the full disclosure of the medical records now. How can you republicans be so blind faith? You really don't care?
That last was me, I hit enter before I got my name in the window.
And McSame calls himself a "Maveric" that will change Washington? Yeah right, these sort of secrecy tricks and rebuffs are right out of the Bush/Cheney/Rove playbook.
That should read "Maverick"...
You can't even get Obama to let us know what he did on a board with Ayers, when the records were public, and yet you want McCain to release his personal health information. Hypocrites.
Nope. I believe in a transparent government. But one does not equal the other. I want to know if the person with his finger on the button is stable upstairs and healthy enough to live out his term. I don't want a angry, absent-minded, unstable president (being a POW had to have messed with him) and I want to know if what I'm really voting for is his VP to become president. Nice try soft right.
Has McCain had cancer 3 or 4 times?

And both his father and grandfather died of heart attacks, at 70 and 60, respectively. Of course they were under a lot of stress, nothing like being President . . .
During McCain's first White House run, his unsuccessful battle with George Bush for the Republican presidential nomination in 1999 and 2000, he faced a whispering campaign from rivals that suggested his Vietnam ordeal had permanently damaged his psyche -- specifically, that his famed outbursts of temper might be a sign of something serious, like post-traumatic stress disorder.
who cares about his health? how does that make any difference anyway?
What happens if he doesn't live six months after the election Einstein?
thats what we have the vice president for smartypants. doh!
In 1999, McCain allowed selected reporters a short time to look at 1,500 pages of his health records dating back to his release from Hanoi in 1973. They were not however allowed to copy any of the documents. While the reporters who looked at the records did not describe any mention of a PTSD diagnosis, what they didn't say was that it would have been impossible for McCain to have such a diagnosis -- since the term "post-traumatic stress disorder" was not in use until seven years after McCain's release. The term first appeared in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in 1980.
There are behaviors associated with McCain that would be consistent with a diagnosis of PTSD. Author Robert Timberg mentions McCain's intense explosions of anger, which is a telling sign of lingering mental trauma from war, in his book "John McCain: An American Odyssey." Timberg describes the episodes as "an eruption of temper out of all proportion to the provocation." , McCain has said Timberg, "knows more about me than I do." Timberg wrote, "McCain's sudden fury is a result of Vietnam coming "back to haunt him." McCain has described having an adverse reaction to the sound of jangling keys, which reminds him of his Vietnam jailers. McCain also told doctors that during solitary confinement he had strayed pretty "far out" and had referred to himself as "mentally deteriorating."
Just a bunch of lies! Stop pickingh on him! Hasn't he been through enough? He's a hero for heavens sake! He shouldn't have to endure this to! Johnd McCain is tougher than any of you libs put together! Besides, he has Sara Pelin to back him up, and she knows how to kill a moose and gut it!
