If the health care reform that Obama is trying to pass is so good why hasn't he passed it after a year with the Democrats in control. Don't try to blame this on the Republicans your spineless Democrat leaders are the ones in control and can't get anything done. Everyone knows Democrats can't get shit done even when they are in control they are not leaders. How many Democrat have we had that campaigned on health care reform and here we are still talking about it. Democrats talk a good talk but in the end it is all talk.
i have read this bill. it passes funding of entitlements to the states, otherwise why would Ben Nelson have begged for & gotten the Medicaid payment to Nebraska.
Virginia cannot afford this. people are already screaming that we are cutting education--we'll have to cut even more if this bill is passed.

McDonnell is calling for a change in the school funding composite index in Virginia. What does that mean? More tax dollars will go to NoVa /Tidewater and less will go to the Valley, Southside and Southwest. He's screwing the people that voted overwhelmingly for him! Creigh Deeds would never have done that to his people.
