In the aftermath of the JMU student Springfest riots we had a 'teaching moment'. What Commonwealth's Attorney Marsha Garst and Circuit Court Judge James Lane sought to 'teach' was decidedly UnAmerican. Shame on you two. Whether through arrogance or stupidity you have violated your oath to uphold the Constitution. Take a little of your own advice and accept accountability for your violations - resign.

Isn't Garst being honored by the Boys & Girls Club at an upcoming fundraising dinner?
I believe she is on the Board of Directors of the B&G Club. Hopefully she won't embarrass herself by lecturing about obeying the law.
