Top Ten List of Apologies (don't hold your breath)

Top Ten List of:
"Right-Wingers From Whom Conservatives Should Be Demanding Apologies."

10) Focus on the Family founder James Dobson, for falsely claiming a hate-crimes bill that adds gay, lesbian, and transgender Americans to the list of protected groups would also protect those who commit incest, necrophilia, pedophilia, bestiality, and a host of other perversions.

9) Fox News' Sean Hannity, for hosting "Internet journalist" Andy Martin, who once called a judge a "crooked, slimy Jew, who has a history of lying and thieving common to members of his race."

8) Syndicated radio host Neal Boortz, for describing welfare recipients as "human parasitic garbage lining up to get their applications to loot."

7) Fox News conspiracy-theorist-in-chief Glenn Beck, for describing Obama's nomination of Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court as, "Hey, Hispanic chick lady! You're empathetic. ... You're in!"

6) MSNBC's resident cranky uncle, Pat Buchanan, for saying prior to Sotomayor's selection that he wanted Obama to pick a Supreme Court justice "who has real stature, impresses people" but thinking instead that Obama would pick "a minority, a woman and/or a Hispanic."

5) Syndicated radio host Jim Quinn, for repeatedly calling NOW the "National Organization of Whores."

4) Cincinnati-based radio host Bill Cunningham, for alleging that "Obama wants to gas the Jews."

3) Michael Savage (née Weiner), the third-highest-rated radio host in America, for saying "Obama hates" and "is raping America."

2) Fox News' irrepressible mega-star Bill O'Reilly, for repeatedly quacking that the legalization of gay marriage could lead to folks marrying ducks.

And No. 1, the conservative movement's de facto leader, Rush Limbaugh, for saying of Obama, "We are being told that we have to hope he succeeds, that we have to bend over, grab the ankles ... because his father was black."

When is BHO going to give an apology for his stimulus package failure, and all of his campaign promises that he has broken in only 5 months?

I LOVE the selective faux outrage of the deranged leftist citizens in this country. Police the looneys on the left, hypocrite breath, EVEN A SMIDGEON, then perhaps your feigned outrage will have some moral ooomph behind it.

"Independent Thinkers" indeed. This entire bunch of bloggers hasn't had an "independent thought" amongst them since your collective entrances into puberty. Come on over to Smash Mouth Politics, where you see original thought every day, where I attack idiotic ideas whether espoused by Dems, Pubs, and even my own mother (I posted an attack on her for voting for Obama!). Grow a pair of balls and learn to think for yourself, not just the pablum ladled to you by the DNC.

Fewer and fewer people listen to those talk-show fascists, these days. Unfortunately, in some markets, all of the major radio stations are spewing Limbaugh propaganda every day.

America doesn't need a return to the "Fairness Doctrine" but instead we need to break-up those broadcast oligopolies so that Americans will actually have a chance to hear some truly diverse ideas and opinions.

Democrats and Republicans should unite to revise FCC station ownership rules to prevent any one person from owning more than a SINGLE station, and no one could own more than one station and there would be NO CORPORATE OWNERSHIP of radio or television stations.

With a united effort, we could break-up the media oligopoly this year and have a lottery for station ownership that would get radio and TV stations back into the hands of local owners again.

It would be only a matter of weeks before the big national ranters would be drowned out by local programming.

Fox News did an interview with South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint this morning. Meanwhile Gov. Mark Sanford has been AWOL in Argentina, the Lt. Gov. wasn't aware, his staff said he was hiking the Appalachian trail...His wife and family were clueless and Fox News doesn't ask any questions? Fox News is the Pravda of America. If you want to remain uninformed or brainwashed, watch Fox News.

Tim Kaine has been AWOL two or three days every week since he went to work for the DNC. Bubby why didn't you mention that? If you don't like Fox news why were you watching them this morning? I can not wait to hear the BS answers to these questions.

Wow, Argentina. That's really off the Trail.

The Amoral Gay Agenda may have taken down good Republicans like Larry Craig. Mark Foley. David Vitter, John Ensign. and Mark Sanford, but me and the wife fight on!

The real problem that people have with prominent Conservative Christian Republicans is that they wear their religion on their sleeve, insist on forcing their rigid beliefs onto others, and are no better at obeying them than anyone else. All this wouldn't be so satisfying but for the great efforts that people like Mark Sanford went to depose an elected President. God must have a real sense of humor.
