WOW!!! You guys sure are dispirited. 2 articles in two weeks or something like that???

Might I make a suggestion? Temper the more leftist urges in your poltical philosophy and strive to do the little things closer to the middle.

For instance, National Universal Single Payer Healthcare, ummm, NO! State-wide co-ops, reform, increase insurance competition? Yes! Heck, even push for Massachusetts' health care plan if you think you can get there. Emphasis on state-wide. Health insurance is not a federal issue.

Nobody that I know says no healthcare reform, period. But as usual, progressives want to force their all or nothing extremism on the vast majority who do not want it.

You guys may think you know better than the rest of us, but this is still a republican form of democracy. You can't go further than public opinion allows, or you get your hand chopped off, or lose "Teddy Kennedy's Senate Seat."

Here endeth the lesson.

p.s. Lowell, I KNOW I still owe for the Xmas gift thing. I haven't forgotten.
