GOP: Im sorry Rush!

The Grand Overlord and Leader
of the GOP

Republicans Dare Not Disobey the Mighty Rushbo!

Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele says he has reached out to Rush Limbaugh to tell him he meant no offense when he referred to the popular conservative radio host as an “entertainer” whose show can be “incendiary.”

“My intent was not to go after Rush – I have enormous respect for Rush Limbaugh,” Steele said in a telephone interview. “I was maybe a little bit inarticulate. … There was no attempt on my part to diminish his voice or his leadership.”

“I went back at that tape and I realized words that I said weren’t what I was thinking,” Steele said. "It was one of those things where I thinking I was saying one thing, and it came out differently.

RNC Chair Grovels to Rush Limbaugh

It isn't hard to see who is REALLY in charge of the GOP...

"I was briefly encouraged by the courageous comments made my counterpart in the Republican Party over the weekend challenging Rush Limbaugh as the leader of the Republican Party and referring to his show as ‘incendiary’ and ‘ugly,’"
"However, Chairman Steele’s reversal this evening and his apology to Limbaugh proves the unfortunate point that Limbaugh is the leading force behind the Republican Party, its politics and its obstruction of President Obama’s agenda in Washington."
Virginia Governor and DNC Chairman Tim Kaine

Ha ha! Sorry you light-weights can't have the intra-party fight that you wanted to see. Now resume your all liberal all the time handjobs.

I like how you use pastel colors for linking to the articles about GOP leaders sucking up to Limbaugh. I think it's lost on John Doe though.
Much bluster, little substance.

I am ashamed of our (GOP)leadership.
How can we expect them to stand up for American interests at home and abroad if they fold so quickly and abjectly to pathetic blowhards like Limbaugh.
Obama is coming off as tough in facing Limbaugh down and our guys seem like sissies.

If Limbaugh and his nihilistic followers can force a republican house member, and then the chairman of the RNC to grovel, Limbaugh would seem to be the most powerful single person in the republican party. Is it possible for an American political party to be anymore decadent than that?

The leaders of the Repub Party are now Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and their tax cut/torture/rapture followers.

Obama, is brilliantly forcing those who call themselves Republicans to make some very public choices. One choice (to quote John McCain): "country (or party) first"? The Republicans, by identifying themselves with Limbaugh and his hope that Obama fails, are close to turning that slogan into a joke, and Republican apologists like John Doe and his lover Franki Boy are very close to losing what little mind they have left.

He's right 98.5% of the time and you libs despise the fac that he uncovers your hipocrasy.

Toni D as usual is wrong. It isn't a question of Obama and Country or party first, you dumb butch. What it is: Obama is wrong [oh, and by the way, he lied about being "moderate"]. Get it straight. You suck down so much of Obama's Kool Aid you look like a pitcher of "Very Berry".

I say more power to them. The more they demand that the party's politicians adhere to the principles which cost them the last election in a big way.....the better.

Wavering Republican, grow a set of balls. You are right, the GOP leadership is appearing like a bunch of sissies--for caving in to Obama. Limbaugh is standing up to Obama, and pathetic little fag boys like you don't like it.

Screw you John Doe, it's mindless blowhards like you that lost us the White House.
I don't like being in the same room with idiots like you who are destroying our party.

Feeling is mutual, you ignorant pos. We tried the most liberal Pub candidate since V.P. Rockefeller and we got our heads handed to us by a socialist who lied to idiots like you by claiming he was a moderate. You are a useful idiot to the liberals.

He he. RockDem is the subject of the latest comment on my blog. Youse guys are gonna be inFAMOUS!

John Doe is right. The Republican party has to go hard right and get back to its base. We don't have any room for so called centrists and moderates. If you're not one of us, you're one of them. Ditto Rush, ditto. Our value is achieved collectively by each man subordinating himself to the standards of the Republican Party.
Rush Limbaugh is our Guide.

I know that there is a lot out there meant to confuse people and throw them off track. Some days I dont knoe what to make of whats happening but then I turn on the radio and Rush tells me what to think and Im ready to go out and kick some democraps socialist @#$%.
If it wasnt for Rush and Boortz and Beck I wouldnt know what to think some days.

Leave sarcasm and wit to us experts, you mental midgets.

Hmmm. Moderation worked so f'n well when we picked George Bush I and II, Bob Dole and John McCain! I can see why dimwits like Republicans would want us to keep picking "moderates"! Oh, I guess I can also see why liberal faggot anti-American welfare queens would like it too. Yeah, that's the ticket. Be like Obama, sell out America to the commies. Only do it a little more slowly. [As the log-cabin Republicans grin and hi five each other.]
